If unavailable contact the President or Secretary. The Board will perform a background check and later have a welcome meeting with all new homeowners and lessees.

Trash Pickup - Every Monday, beginning 9/01/2025 by Pro Waste Services (Place bin out the night before)
Recycling - Every other Thursday, beginning 9/11/2025, by Pro Waste Services (Place bin out the night before)
Special Pickup - Contact Joe Olszewski for arrangements. Pro Waste Services will bill the HOA and it will be passed along to the unit owner.
Mowing and landscaping - Thursday (weather permitting) from April - Oct/Nov
Snow removal - contracted for 3" or more in one day; HOA will call if snow accumulates over multiple days
