Trash Pickup - Every Monday, beginning 9/01/2025 by Pro Waste Services (Place bin out the night before)
Recycling - Every other Thursday, beginning 9/11/2025, by Pro Waste Services (Place bin out the night before)
Pro Waste Services will pick up trash and recycling on all National Holidays, with the exceptions of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. For these three holidays, place trash and recycling out the day after.
Special Pickup - Contact Bill Heller for arrangements. Pro Waste Services will bill the HOA, and it will be passed along to the unit owner.
Mowing and landscaping - Friday (weather permitting) from April - Oct/Nov
Snow removal - contracted for 3" or more in one day; HOA will call if snow accumulates over multiple days
