General Questions: Send to all Board Members when needing clarification or unable to locate the information on this site.

Work Order Requests: Send to Alan Gick (Joe Olszewski if unavailable) for repairs to common elements (defined in FAQ).  

Recommendations: Send to all Board Members.  It must include a description on how it will benefit the residents of SSCCA.  The Executive Board will evaluate and determine the impact to the SSCCA Declaration, Bylaws, Rules, Budget, Common Elements, Limited Common Elements and Service Contracts.   They will also consider the time and effort needed internally and from outside agencies.   

Amendments to the Declaration, Bylaw or Rule: Send to all Board Members.   Please provide specific language and reason for the change.  As stated in the Declaration and Bylaws, 67% or 15 of the 22 unit-owners must vote in favor for the change to be approved, whereas changes to Rules are at the discretion of the Executive Board.  Any change to the Declaration requires filing with the Erie County Recorder of Deeds or is null and void.
