Effective 2/1/2026 the fee is $285

Options are listed in preferential order

1.      Bank Transfer – Automated Deposit (Most banks have this option)

3.      Personal Check – Manual (Higher risk of being late)

The HOA fee is due by the 1st of every month.  

Please refer to Article VI, Section 6.6 of the SSCCA By-Laws, which states a $50 late fee will be imposed for payments received after a10-day grace period.  

Also, fines will double every month of non-compliance.  If it is not resolved in three months the HOA will file a property lien, with the District Magistrate.
